Steps to Cook Stuffed Idli Recipe | Instant Stuffed Masala Idli
Heat a spoon of oil in a pan. Add chopped curry leaves, mustard seeds, chopped ginger, onion and tomato.
Cook for a minute at low flame and season with salt, garam masala, chilli powder, soya sauce and tomato ketchup.
Mix well at high flame for 30 seconds and close the flame.
Now put half spoon of idli batter in the idli mould and spread it finely.
Add a spoon of ready stuffing over the batter in mould.
Again put half spoon of batter over the mould to cover the stuffing. Spread the upper batter covering generously to cover the stuffing.
Microwave the 4 idli mould for 2 minutes 30 seconds at high. De-mould the idlis and serve hot with red chilli chutney or any dip of your choice.
