Maggie Finger Fries Recipe | Maggie Finger Chips Recipe- Finger fries are always loved by all the ages, whether kids or youngsters. To experiment with the usual potato finger fries, I have tried maggie finger fries. Yes!!! you read it correctly.  Finger Fries with Maggie is a recipe very simple to make and yummy to treat.

Long time ago we were introduced with maggie and from then on wards we are in love with this instant noodle pack. But to experimett a little with this usual maggie noodles masala, I made this maggie finger fries. Crunchy fries made of usual Maggie is the latest snack at my place. My daughter loves to take these fries in her lunch box. It is very very easy and crunchy snack for your evening hunger. You can team up these finger fries with a cup of hot soup also.

 

Steps to cook Maggie Finger Fries Recipe | Maggie Finger Chips Recipe

Boil 2.5 cups of water in an open pan. Add maggie to the boiling water. Sprinkle maggie masala to the pan. Cook the maggie for 4 to 5 minutes at high flame. Close the flame.

Transfer the maggie to a greased rectangular or square container and press with a folk. Freeze the maggie for around 2 hours.

Take the freezed maggie out of the box and cut into thin finger strips. Heat oil in a pan or karahi. Deep fry the finger strips of Maggie in batches at high flame.Maggie Finger Fries

 

Take the fries from oil and place onto the butter paper to remove extra oil. Sprinkle chaat masala and salt on the ready Maggie Finger Fries and serve hot with tomato ketchup.

This is a simple recipe that require very simple ingredients like maggie and oil to fry.

Prep Time: 1 hour
Cook Time: 30 mins
Yields: 4

Ingredients

  • Maggie- 2 Packets
  • Maggie - Masala- 2 Packets
  • Water- 2.5 Cups
  • Salt To Taste
  • Chaat Masala - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Take 2 Packs of Plain Maggie and Its Masala.
  2. Boil 2.5 cups of water in an open pan. Add maggie to the boiling water. Sprinkle maggie masala to the pan.
  3. Cook the maggie for 4 to 5 minutes at high flame. Close the flame.

Notes

Boiled Maggie must get set before frying, otherwise it can break while frying.
